24 x 7 Library with temporary staying facility at North Lakhimpur College was constructed with the funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs. It is fully dedicated to the Preparation of Students for Competitive Examinations. It was inaugurated on 11^th September 2024 by the Hon'ble Education minister of Assam Dr. Ranoj Pegu in the presence of MP Pradan Baruah and MLA Manab Deka.
