Financial Support Provided to Faculty Members for attending Seminars/Workshops
North Lakhimpur College encourages its faculty members to participate in seminars and workshops by providing funding support. This initiative is aimed at keeping the faculty members updated with the latest advancements and trends in their respective fields of study. By participating in such events, the faculty members get an opportunity to network with other experts in their fields, exchange knowledge and ideas, and enhance their professional skills.
The funding support provided by the college helps to cover the expenses related to registration fees and travel for attending such events. This motivates the faculty members to actively participate in various seminars and workshops organized across the country and even internationally. The college believes that by providing such opportunities, it not only benefits the faculty members but also enhances the quality of education and research being carried out in the college.
