SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILED BY OUR STUDENTS SINCE 2018
North Lakhimpur College is committed to providing its students with various opportunities to help them achieve their academic goals. To that end, the college offers a range of scholarships to its students, both from government and private sources, as well as from the institution itself. These scholarships are awarded to deserving students based on various criteria, such as academic merit, financial need, and community service. They can cover tuition fees, living expenses, and other educational expenses, helping students to focus on their studies without worrying about financial burdens.
The availability and criteria of the scholarships may vary each year, and interested students are encouraged to check with the college office or the updates in the College Website (North Lakhimpur College (Autonomous) (nlc.ac.in)) for the most up-to-date information. North Lakhimpur College is committed to creating a supportive learning environment for its students, and these scholarships are just one way that the college supports its students' academic and personal growth.
In addition to scholarships, North Lakhimpur College also provides free admission to students from economically weaker sections of society as per the instructions of the Govt. of Assam. To be eligible for free admission, students need to produce a valid income certificate from a competent authority, indicating that their family income falls below a certain threshold as decided by the Government. These schemes not only provide financial assistance but also help to promote social inclusion by giving students from underprivileged backgrounds an equal opportunity to access higher education.
